The company safety program is overseen by a company officer with over 20 years experience in the industry. He works closely with MSHA, OSHA, our insurers and employees.

Just recently Cowin/Raisebor received the prestigious Joseph A. Holmes Safety Award from the state of West Virginia for recognition of excellence in mine safety for an independent contractor.
